The GLX Single Cab-Cab Chassis 4×2 and 4×4 models are robust, reliable and safe to get the hard jobs done. 4×2 models are available in diesel and petrol (manual only) while 4×4 models are available in diesel only.

Triton GLX Single Cab 4×2 is powered by either a super responsive 2.4 litre petrol engine matched to a robust 5-speed manual transmission or Mitsubishi’s 2.4 litre MIVEC turbo diesel engine boasting 133kWof power and 430Nm of torque at just 2500 rpm. The diesel Triton’s low-down grunt means serious cargo capacity, with a braked towing capacity of 3000kgT1. Constructed with lightweight materials including an aluminium block, the engine is among the smoothest, quietest and most efficient engines on the market, combining outstanding performance and unfussed efficiency in one potent package.

Triton’s power-assisted rack and pinion steering and compact wheelbase allow an outstandingly tight turning circle of just 11.8 metres, making navigating narrow roads and crowded worksites all part of a day’s work.

Engineered to perform, Triton Club Cabs combine performance, 5-star safety and serious load capacity into one tough ute, with clamshell rear doors opening up to extra interior storage and even extra passengers.
Make light work of heavy loads
You can have your Triton Single Cab-Cab chassis fitted with a Mitsubishi Genuine Steel Tray or Alloy Tray, both designed and built to fit your Triton perfectly. Mitsubishi Genuine Steel Trays are available in durable galvanised finish or optional body colour paint, while the Genuine Alloy Tray is lightweight and corrosion resistant. Both offer a generous load capacity, the ability to load from either side, plus a range of accessories.
Robust design and handling
Triton is built for maximum stability and traction, with and without a payload. Its robust, rigid chassis contributes to safe, predictable handling and its cab is aerodynamically designed for efficient stability on the highway. Advanced front double wishbone suspension and extra reinforcement in the rear frame provide feedback and solidity, even with heavy loads on board. 4×4 traction keeps Triton working when the going gets tough.
Interior
Single Cab-Cab Chassis models also feature a Multi-Information Display where information such as trip computer and average fuel consumption are all within easy sight of the driver.

Towbar
This towbar package includes a towbar, tongue, wiring harness and 7-pin flat plug. A 50mm towball and chrome towball cover is available separately.
Front protection bar
The Alloy Front Protection Bar also integrates with your vehicle’s styling and has been rigorously tested to ensure sufficient ventilation to the engine for cooling. It will help protect you, your passengers and your vehicle in the unfortunate event of an accident. In addition, pre-formed mounting points are featured to suit the installation of Driving Lights.
